Child under 16 ILR

Post by jafferdeen » Sat Apr 26, 2014 7:49 am

Hi All

my friend is on Tier 1 (General). He has 2 dependants i.e wife and 2 years old daughter.Daughter was born in the UK and she has PBS dependant visa.
He will apply for ILR next month.
Does he need to include daughter when he will apply for ILR?
OR
after his ILR he can apply to register her daughter as British to save the fee which he would pay for daughter ILR?

advice please.

Thank you Amber
it means that first parents should get their ILR .Once approved they can apply for her to register as British.
