When can i apply for ILR?

Hi All,

I m quite confused with the recent changes. I came into the UK in May 2008 on a student visa. I got Psw in May 2011 and I got Tier 2 In april 2013 , which is Valid until May 2016. My salary is currently over 35K. My question is when i will be eligible for ILR? In 2016 April or 2018 April?
