Hi,

I'm eligible to apply for ILR in Nov 2014. This is a question about my wife's eligibility. She was in and out of UK due to various health issues and child birth. The time she was unavailable (during 2009 December to now) is
16-May-2010 to 10-Mar-2011 for 10 months
09-Jan-2012 to 18-May-2012 for 4 months
01-Dec-2012 to 17-Sep-2013 for 9 months
Will that be a problem for her eligibility and will it be an issue if she travels to India again for a month between now and Nov 2014.

I assume you're a PBS applicant, I suggest that your wife refrains from holidays until she has ILR.
