Tier 1 General extension 'country of earning'

Hi All,

My Tier 1 visa validity end on 05 June 2014, I am planing to apply for extension on 10th April 2014. I am self-employed, working for my limited company. My current contract is with an UK base Agency and the end client site located in Germany. Agency normally paid the invoice amount in GBP. I usually work 70 % of time from UK, 30 % work on client site in Germany. I need help to fill following section one the Tier 1 extension form:

1. What should I feel 'Country of Earnings' in Section J5 on Tier 1 extension form ?
I usually received invoice in GBP and most of the time work from UK.

2. Can I claim 5 points for UK experience ?
