Hi... i have a question am really confused and worried
I nees to apply for ILR i came here on spouse visa on 28th april 2012 so my 2 years time is complete but my visa will expire in july.. am still waiting for mortgage statement and its already past my 2 years time so am confused that is my application late now or is it fine to apply before my visa expires.. hope you reply soon.

You can apply before your visa expiry date.

We live with my husband's parents so we have got the accomodation letter but do we need their mortgage statement or we can apply without that? for safe side can u plz tell me?
and am going to apply in person..

You do not need a mortgage statement.

You can apply from 28 days before 28th april 2014 and before your leave expires. B1 English and LIUK required.

I have got all the documents ready including B1and life in uk
so can I apply anytime now?

I applied for my ILR on Friday and my application has been approved.. got ILR! :)
