ILR - Qualifying period (not continuous period)

Post by londonuser18 » Tue Apr 29, 2014 1:55 pm

Hi,
My question, case scenario is -

I have had my first Tier 1 (General) since Oct 2008.
I had a break in 2009-2010, and hence my cycle started again (with no break in visa continuity), renewed latest on 20th March 2013.

For ILR application perspective -
I re-entered in UK (after a break which was due to project work outside UK, deemed disregard after Dec 2012 changes) on 30th May 2010.
My current visa expires on 20th March 2015.

Can I apply ILR on 15 Mar 2015 (75 days before actual five years of residence, although I have had valid visa before) ?

Many Thanks in Avance

Regards

How many days were you away and when does your qualifying period start?
