T1 ent (200K) extension. Creating jobs?

Hi,

I understand to extend you need evidence for creating jobs, from memory it is 2 employees for one year. Can I alternatively have 4 employees for 6 months? 6 employees for 4 months?

If an employee chose to be a sub-contractor instead, would that in any way count?

I would appreciate a link to actual UKBA regulations as well as general wisdom.

please read guidelines and extension section then u will find it that one need to create jobs equate to 2 full time over the period of 12 month. sorry for not giving u link right now
