Looking for some help please. My husband was given an ILR Dependent Visa, at the back of mine in November 2013. He moved to London with me in December 2013. Since February 2014 he has been in Delhi for some family engagements. What is the maximum time he can spend in the country on the visa before return ? Is it 90 days? For reference, I become a British Citizen this summer. Does that change anything?
