Tier 1 (general) PBS dependant switch options

Dear guys,

I am in a predicament.

I came as Tier 1 (general) dependant on PBS in 2010. My husband informed home office he does not want to sponsor me in 2013.
My visa was curtailed and I was given right of appeal.

However, despite evidence of domestic abuse, many solictors have said your case is weak as ur husband does not have ilr.

What are the in country switch options available for me?
Can i go for tier 2, tier 4 or can I can become dependant on any other category while I am in country?

I do not want my 3 years of stay going to waste.

please help.
