We applied in October. TBH I had given up all hope and had decided I would be moving to Pakistan with him. He was giving job interviews and had decided himself too to just settle down and stop hoping.However, these last few weeks I read a very moving book (reclaim your heart by yasmin mogahed) and it influenced me deeply. I have made so much dua these last few weeks, I put all my trust in Allah and let go of all negativity and started to believe truly in my heart that Allah is doing the best and his wisdom is the most superior so I should be patient. Alhamdulillah this was all the result of duas and it was truly a test of my imaan.

I hope everyone who is waiting recieves a reply to their application quickly. I totally understand how difficult and straining it is on one's relationship. I am so grateful the wait is over alhamdulillah.
Congratulations... If u dont mind me asking whatt date did u apply and from which centre??

We applied on the 12th October 2013 and from Islamabad
And also to your other question, I get paid cash in hand and it worked out fine :) I work two jobs at my fathers business and provided p60s, bank statements to show I was depositing my earnings into my savings (not relevant but I sent it anywa) and a letter from my father stating my work hours

@RZ Girl

Thanks sis
Hmm... Didn't get my hopes up anyway. I've sent an email from another address and might call them tomorrow to see if we get a consistent answer. I'll be surprised if we do.

Lets see what Allah has planned for us all. My wife wants me to visit her and im so tempted to take fresh documents and re-apply for her. Make dua ppl. Inshallah our prayers will be heard.

Syedhashmi if your still around I'm sure you had RFC what was the outcome brother?

Emailed them via the new tracking system. Here's the link:
https://ukvi-international.faq-help.com

Provide them with the application reference no GWF..... and a date of birth. If they don't respond within a couple of working days try again using a different email address.

Dear fatimaxyz

I would say you were lucky to get the visa as you applied before 28 october 2013 because guidelines were different...home office never checked hmrc records..also bank statement is the most important evidence..getting visa without it is nothing less than a miracle I must say...now home office/BHC can check tax with hmrc ...so even if you have p60 but no hmrc record..your p60 is considered fake..cash in hand is a huge risk these days..even if application is not rejected, visa will take ages...

After MP two e mails and answer from bhc I would just sit back and for 24 weeks to be over, then I can decide next step.
May the blessings of Allah fill your life with happiness and open all the doors of success now and always.

Trying to push! let's see, I applied on 16 Dec 2013.
