Indefinite Leave Application under HSMP - Qualifications

Hi,

Under the original HSMP applications I made back in 2008, the forms noted that qualifications such as membership with the Institute of Chartered Accountants (a post graduate course) were counted as a Masters Degree. The new SET(O) form does not seem to indicate this (it also doesn't indicate that this is not the interpretation either).

What is the consensus? Are people out there currently on an HSMP applying for Indefinite Leave to Remain counting these qualifications as Masters Degrees and is this being accepted?
