I am recently on Tier 1(PSW) which will be running out in mid July. I want to start putting things together in regards to applying for Tier 1 (Entrepreneur) Visa. I intend to start with opening a company. Please can someone guide me on this? cos I just don't want to make a silly mistake.
I will also appreciate it if I can get a step by step outline to follow. Thank you once again

get letter from the bank that business is active
Maintain own maintenance of 90 days
Business investment amount
Business plan
business insurance
personal registration with Trading body
