appropriate salary for ICT long Term

appropriate salary for ICT long Term

My CoS was issued on 3rd April-14 for tier2 ICT long term staff.Salary was mentioned 40500.

I guess now the minimum salary should be 41000 from 06-april-14 as per new rules.

Is my salary valid,if i go for visa application submission or new CoS needs to be issued with change in salary?

The salary threshold should be £41000 pa, if you're applying after 06 april 2014 and it's in reference to application date and not the CoS issue date. Also, for applications before 06 april 2014, the salary threshold was £40600 pa and NOT £40500.
