Dear All,

Can you please confirm if the following text is ok in a letter from landlord in cohabitation proof:

Dear Sir / Madam,

I am writing to inform you that Mr XX and Mrs. XX lived at 509 Summerton House, London XX11 YY11 from 26/03/2012 to 12/12/2013. The total duration of stay was approximately 1 year and 9 months.

Why do you need this? If you have Tenancy Agreement, Council Tax ,Bank statement, NHS Card and Utility bills for this address, I am sure would be enough

Clearly I don't. All of the things except Utility bills are in my name.

It will be ok and you don't need to provide the letter

Generally, the tenancy agreement paper will be provided from your landlord. But not any letter from them.
