ILR questions - In-Person appointment

Dear All,

I have some queries regarding my ILR case,

1. After getting Tier 1 General in 2009, I went to India immediately for short break. During this period I was unemployed, So obviously I won't have any proof apart from my e-ticket and passport stamp. Would this be an issue? Rest my all visits thereafter till now are covered my annual holiday letter by my employee.

2. I have an appointment week following next week, I am claiming income from May 2013 - Apr 2014. So I am carrying bank statement from 1st May 2013 - 30th April 2014. This means I may not Bank statement covering this little window of 2-3 weeks in month of May 2014. Would this be an issue? My bank is very slow sending out statements.

3. On page 20 in Set O form there is question of applicant's total stay in the UK - Does it include my student visa as well? or total stay means total time I have spent on Tier-1 General?

Will be very helpful if someone can answer this.
