I have below scenario now, please can any one advise me if you guys know or aware of it.
I have applied my naturalization( British) few weeks ago and it is under processing and i would expect the naturalization approval letter would come in 3 weeks time. Currently i am on ILR ( 5 years + 1 ) visa.
My questions are here:
1. When i would be considered as naturalized, the date which naturalization approval letter come from UK visa board to me, or the day i would take oath.
2. If i want take a travel to India with Indian passport before taking oath,( assumed at that time, i got my naturalization approval letter) , am i eligible to travel to India with Indian passport and come back to UK with ILR without any issue in both countries ?
3. If i would travel to India before taking oath, when i apply for OCI card, will Indian embassy charge for my India travel if they found my travel date on my Indian passport stamping? or this travel is considered as normal travel since i have not taken the oath..
4. The date i get my naturalization approval letter, is that my ILR still valid until i get my British passport?
5. When i go to India before i take oath in UK, if i register any agricultural land on my name , will that be a issue in India ( if anyone aware , please advise on this too
) as per the current norms in India, OCI's cant buy agricultural land...Kindly advise me on this...
