UK ICT Tier 2 short term Visa expiry

Hello,

I have been in the UK in ICT Tier 2 (short term staff) and my visa expires in June 2014. Is there any possibility that I can continue to work in UK with another Visa? If so what are the requirements.

If your employer is prepared to sponsor you as T2 ICT Long Term Staff you can apply for entry clearance from home country without cooling-off.
