Tier1 General Dependant can travel??

Hi,
My wife is on Tier 1 General dependant and her visa expires next year, I have received my ILR recently. My question is as she still have 1 year valid visa can she travel with me back home without any problems or she has to apply for FLR(M) before travelling??? please do reply with you suggestion and answers...

I am sure she can stay in tier 1 dependent visa till visa validity, You dont find any immigration issues. But I am no sure whether you can apply for FLR visa from outside UK.

We are not planning to apply flr(m) from outside the country we will be back before her visa expires but my question is can she travel on tier1 dependant as my status has changed to settled now???

she can travel on her existing visa, when you are in ILR.
