PLEASE HELP ME URGENT (DEP VISA EXT(Alone) FROM UK

Dear Gurus,
Due to some health issues, My wife went to INDIA. Our current visa expiring on End of May. As my wife was in INDIA, I have extended my visa in UK. Initially i thought, she will apply for her extension from INDIA. Some Gurus in this forum advised that her visa continuity will be broken for ILR. So i decided to apply her visa from UK only. She will be travelling soon to UK.

Now i have below questions.

1) Whether she can alone apply for premium appointment for her extension. Why i asked this question because, In online appointment website, when i select dependent it was not allowing me to book the appointment. I know if dependent will go along with main applicant they can.

2) If we go for postal application, Whether i need to submit my original passport and BRP card along with her visa application ?

3) My company asked me to travel ASAP to another country for some critical project work, In this situation how can i get my passport and BRP immediately.


I am planning to apply her visa on 12th May. So please kindly help me ASAP.

Thanks for your reply amber, I try to book an appointment. But when i select dependent visa it was given description like you can't book an appointment. Dependents can apply for PEO, only if main applicant was also applying in the same time.

So i called UKBA help line they told that As of now online Appointment booking for PEO was not available for dependent applications alone. And suggested to apply via post.

And also i asked about whether i need to submit my original passport and BRP or only photo copies ? They simply told follow the UKBA website and hanged the call. Not sure how to get the information. I dont have much time. So please help me ASAP.

I can agree with you amber, But how can i book an appointment ? In online if i select dependent visa then appointment section was blocked and i can't go further. Any other alternative to book appointment instead of online.
