registeted company vs self employed

Good evening fellows,

I am putting my tier one application in next week and I have some issues to clarify
1. I am joining my brother to form an entrepreneur team, we have registered a company with companies house but unfortunately we could not open bank account, as a result of this we open a joint account to be used for the fund. And again we formed a partnership which we have registered with Hmrc,

Quest 1. Can we use both the partnership and the registered company to apply for tier 1 Entrepreneur visa?
Quest 2.if we have all our fund 50K in our joint account do we still need letter from third parties or provide evidence of our fund?
Quest 3. Must you have contract even if you have not fully set up your business?
Quest. 4. I have a lease in my personal name and am willing to to release this property for our business, hope this will not have a negative impact on our application as the lease document shows my name only? We do not intend to claim point on this property as a form of investment as we do not have bank account, can some one throw more light on this issue relating to investment pls?
Quest. 5. Our business is into Procurement and Logistics one othe d partner/director will be acting the capacity of a Purchasing Officer while the other partner will be acting in d capacity of Marketing Officer, having read through all the SOC, I found these position in level 6, which is above level 4 as required by HO, I do hope we got this right? If no van someone advise on this pls?
Quest 6. Can we still operate this business with our partnership without using registered company?
Lastly shortly after my psw I registered as a self employed though I was still working as an employee somewhere, I realised that I have not need of it now, though I have already gotten UTR, I sent an email to HMRC that I have seized to be self employed and the email was acknowledged, only for find out that have I need to do tax return and as a result of this I was fine £100 for late filing which I have paid already, now do I need to pay the NI class 2 for me to have evidence of self employed?



Pls I need your kind advise on all this issues
