Help - Parents Visa Rejected twice

Post by k4karan » Sun May 11, 2014 5:41 pm

Dear Experts,
For the past few months I am trying to apply for my parents to come to UK on General visitor visa during this summery. I am currently a Temporary resident and fully employed in UK since 2011. I am employed with my company since 2008 and traveled places before landing in UK.

I had applied for My Father, My Mother, and My nephew, Shubham who stays with him in India to give company and attend a good school nearby.

I am summarizing my events and queries below. I will be really grateful to get some advise on the same.

Attempt 1: Application for My Father and My nephew, Shubham. My mother's application was not submitted at the same time because there was an issue with her passport.
During the first attempt we provided the following documents
1. My Residence card copy
2. My Passport copy
3. My employment letter
4. 6 Months Payslip
5. 6 Months Bank statement
6. Letter of Sponsorship
7. Letter of Consent for nephew
8. Marriage affidavit of my parents
9. Marriage affidavit of my sister and her husband
10. Bank statement of my father account
My father did not submit the copy of his savings, farms, etc as I quoted him self employed as farmer. As a result the visa got refused and my nephew's was rejected because my father's was not approved.

Attempt 2 - 2nd Application for my Father, Nephew and first for Mother
1. All the documents (1-10) listed from Attempt 1
2. Fixed deposit certificates
3. More bank balance
4. Land ownership document
5. I also mentioned that he earns 166GBP/month from agriculture. However, he did not get the income certificate on time. So, we submitted the application and i updated the cover letter saying that crops are sold locally etc and we confirm that the information is correct.

However, their visa was again rejected.

For my father please see the reasoning attached. The letter mentioned the clearance officer would like to see evidence of sales of crops, maintenance of field, income from farm.

The letter also mentioned that the officer acknowledge that sponsor documents are adequate and the financial and income documents of my father are also provided.

Does this mean that we are good on sponsor documents, finance situation of my father, and I just need to attach the documents for our fields?

1. My father is going to get the income certificate from local Agricultural block department confirming the yearly salary from fields of 2lakhs/year.
2. He is also going to attach receipts of sales of crops (last 3 months - 40INR/month)

Is it safe to reapply again? Or Shall I attach more documents?

3.Also, the marriage affidavits and consent letter did not come back with the refusal letter unlike last time. Does this mean embassy kept it ? Or, it was lost during the application?

4. Also, is there a marriage affidavit template for GC visitor visa
*****************

For my nephew visa, please see the reasoning mentioned..i have attached it. But the officer mentioned that it is not clear who is paying for him in India and not enough information about his parents. Therefore, I am planning to submit

1. Birth Certificate
2. Marriage affidavit of his parents as there is no marriage certificate
3. Payslips of his mother
4. PAN Card/Aadhar Card of his parents
5. 6 months bank statement of mother
6. School certificate stating that he studies there and fees are paid by his parents
7. School fee receipts..these are not signed by anyone. therefore, i will have my sister signed saying "Paid by cash"

I just want to make sure that i am not missing anything for the 3rd time. My parents are very emotional and rejection disappoints them as I am their only son.
