zambrano application form

Hi everyone.
I need your advise people, please help.

I got Zambrano application form from INIS to fill it in as I requested before that i want to change my EUFAM status by Zambrano.
There are list of documents I have to submit in order to proceed application.
There is one or two types of documents that seems me a bit confusing.
They require proof of address since the birth of my child and they say "Current utility bills alone will not suffice as they only show current address" ( I do not have any other proof of address as we left the state and were not living in ireland couple of years, we are in ireland now anyway)
And second one: the documentary evidence of the role I am in my child's life since the child's birth and the documentary evidence must cover the entire period of the child's life in order to demonstrate that the child is / has been dependent on me in the state.
I only have current letters from the school that my child attends the school and i participate in his life and i have also letter from doctor issued couple of months ago.
I have eufam GNIB card which expires in the middle of June. I wrote INIS and they replied that there is no ongoing application for EU treaty rights. I don't understand what does it mean as I already hold 6 months temporary GNIB card base on EU spouse.

After all documents submitted, how long it approximately takes to get reply.
I am afraid that the Zambrano application I submit, would be pending too long and meanwhile my 6 months temporary card will expire.
What happens in this case?

There is no timing for zambrano visa , i got mine after 8 months

thanks. Mahersab for your reply. Please let it clear for me what reminder means in this situation you told me? And after how lon0g I need to send them reminder.
And one more thing,my gnib card expires in June,what happens if the card expires and zambrano application which i will send, would be pending?
