Dependent for my family

Hi
I have got last week my ILR done. My family (wife & boy 7yrs old) they are residing in India. I would like to bring them here, however they have visited uk in 2012 using vistor visa. Their visitor visa also expired. I am planning to bring them on board now, Would you be able to explain about what is the procedure / type of visa, need to apply for them? It would be great if anyone explain in details.

Note: I am in uk working here. My family is in india.
