Is it compulsory to provide letter from bank saying business is actively trading?

No it's not mandatory but you have to provide one of the trading activity docs. Bank letter or contracts.

While applying for my visa my business bank account will be less than a month old, will it be ok or I have to wait for another month.

That's fine as far as you open an account and the bank giving you the letter on the basis of your transaction.
