applying for spouse visa , through receiving carers allow

Hi

I want to apply for my husband visa from pakistan, i receive c/a and get housing benefit , income support , and have a job for 100 pound per week.
Will they take housing benefit in to account , or will i get rejected because of this , also i have 4000 pound in savings. The carers allowance and job is more then 112 we need a week for us both to live , but are the other benefits going to be a problem.

Has anybody applied with c/a in 2014? Or does anyone have any updated legal info (2014) reg applying with c/a?
