You have been given advice in your other thread.

Asking the same question over again will not change the answers.

Hi CR001,

Since I'm in confusion asking the same thing.
Before discussing my case on the forum I discussed with solicitor regarding this but he told I have only 50/50 chance.

As i'm totally confused, keep on posting this to get some clear idea.

There are rules on the forum regarding multiple posts on the same topic/query and you will get better advice if you stick to one thread and this will also reduce confusion for yourself and other forum users.

Amber has given you advice. If you are still unsure, continue in your thread titled ILR linked above and search the forum for similar cases and perhaps ask questions again in your own thread.
