Hi,
Basically my wife is going to apply for ILR soon, when she first applied for the spouse visa in Malaysia, she have taken the ESOL KET test and passed with Distinction which equivalent to B1 level, at that time of application she have submitted the B1 certificate and its statement of results, after she was granted the entry clearance she only received the B1 certificate back but not the statement of results. My question is now she is going to apply for ILR soon, does she need both B1 certificate and the statement of results to prove her english ability.
Also my wife was a ACCA accountant, she received this qualification in Singapore, basically ACCA only taught in English and according to UKBA website that ACCA qualification is equivalent to a Master degree in UK, so is it enough to prove her english ability?
P.S. She have already passed the LIUK
Hope someone on this board can help.
Thank you.
