Procedure for applying ILR Visa for Spouse+Child

Hello Gurus,

I got ILR visa today and taken appointment for wife ILR visa( SETO ) after 10 days. The only reason splitted application and applied for Cost advantage. I am on Tier 1 visa earlier and my dependents are with me last 4 years.

1) In Section 11 , i am planning to select 11 S. Please suggest if this is not correct option.

2) Do we need to fill absence section for dependents?

3) Is any self covering letter we need to explain why all documents are not submitted together, I am sure to me cost advantage is valid but not sure UKBA convince with this reason.

4) If any one has sucessfully applied in the past, please share your experience.

Just state in the box, 11-S you are applying under 319E.

Yes SECTION 6 will need completing.

Thanks for clarifying my doubts.

Can you confirm SOC section(section 5) has to fill with my details(or) As we are submitting application for Dependent leave this scetion as balank.

No not the SOC or maternity questions just 5.1-5.5 and 5.6.
