I planned to arrive in UK as tourist and immediately send out our EEA1 and EEA2 applications together - can I do this

I agree. Have your husband go to a solicitor in the UK and make two certified copies of his passport. It will cost him about £5-10 per copy. One he can send to you, and the other he can submit as part of his Residence Card application.Docterror wrote:In such a case, a certified copy of your husband's passport will do.
As a guide they should include:
- proof of their relationship to you (for example, if they are your children, their birth certificates and your marriage certificate if it is your husband or wife)
