Viisitng Eu County With EUFAM4- Urgent

Hi All


As I can travel with my wife ,who is EU Citizen without visa to any eu country as long as accompany me . But Some reason there is on conference in Germany which I have to go and attend .

Now as Non EU I have to get a EU visa before I fly , Can some one please advise me what documentation I need for to apply for Schengen visit visa.

I am non eu holder of EUFAM4 expiring in Sept 2014.

And my Next question is as my EUFAM4 expiring in Sept.. what form should I apply

1-EU3 (They can refuse my application , As my wife did not work 5 years , She have to take a break because of we had a baby boy)

2-EU1 (My Wife is working part time , just started now after 3 year break was on JB allowance )

3-Irish Passport

4-Zambarno (I have Irish born child )
