UK Bank is offering Third party letter for Tier 1... But?

After long struggle with different banks in UK, i final got one Bank who is willing to write a letter similar to UKBA requirement. But i need to know from all of you if this letter contents will be enough as third party Bank letter and tick all boxes of UKBA requirement. Please share your thoughts if you believe that there should be added something in it or removed to meet third party Bank letter requirement. Please check following UK Third party bank template letter offered by a Bank:
