2) Can my fiance work in UK if she comes with me as my dependent.?
3) Is there any differnt visa category available to for fiance?
4) If am allowed to tak my fiance, can this visa be conveted at later stage?

as you have not married yet, for her to be accepted as ur dependant, you have to show evidence that you have stayed together at the same address for a period of not less than 2 years.

such evidence includes: utility bills addressed to both of u, joint bank account statements, or individual letters. you can find more on the home office website

or why not marry her before applying for EC!
