applying ILR(LR) dependants, financial requirement query

hi,

i am applying next month in june2014 for my wife with one child on ILR(LR) dependant visa. I need to show £22400 for both of them as financial requirement. I am self employed (cat f) and i am registered with hmrc since july2012.

The QUESTION is that, I need to show the income of last 12 months(june 2013 - june2014) and they also want the income of last financial year (april2013-april2014), which income they count to meet the financial requirements ?. (Q 7.3c, page24).
