Dependant ILR

Hello Sirs

Please can anyone help me as i am not sure if its possible or not?

I am currently on Tier 1 general and my wife is my dependant for last 5 years

I cannot apply for ILR due to criminal conviction, but as my wife has been with me for 5 years can she apply for ILR on her own, where as i apply for Tier 1 general extension.

Sorry, if this is a stupid question, but i thought i should ask internet solicitors

She can't apply for ILR as a PBS dep unless you are, also applying for ILR. What is your conviction and when was it given?
