Vary from Tier 1 to Tier 2

Post by samroy » Tue May 27, 2014 6:36 pm

Hi Friends,

I have a question. I applied for Tier 1 in Nov-Dec 2012. I have had no response and my circumstances changed. I got a sponsorer so they varied the application on 9th May 2014. I gave Biometrics for Tier 2 on 19th May.

My question is my sponsorer is a good company and completed application properly but in the unlikely event of refusal since my Tier 1 only has taken 17 months, if they do not stand by me will I have to go back to my own country? Can I appeal by myself or I need the company to appeal on my behalf ?

Thanks

Appelant will be the applicant, not the sponsor (subjected if u receive appeal right). Definitely, they can assist u to make ur case stronger by providing any required letters, confirmations or responding well enough upon queries of HO 'if they don't want u loose'.
