Hi guys, I applied for a RC as an unmarried partner of EEU CITIZEN ON MAY 29 2013.We hav been living together from 2011 April.Unfortunately the only proof we have is the joint tenancy agreement from different accommodations .The problem is we could not provide any bills because we do not have it.Sent some photos,emails,letter from my partners father.I was pregnant that time and give birth to our twins on 11 October 2013.Sadly received refusal letter while Iwas in hospital.refused because lack of evidence of co habitation.Appealed and hearing date was may 27 2014.Self represented .The Home office representative pointed two arguments one is they have less evidence that my partner is exercising treaty rights in the UK.I already provided the evidence for treaty righs with the application .And the next is he want DNA proof that my partner is the father of the babies.The Judge told the rep when they have twins it is clear that there is a durable relationship and
the Judge was laughing.The rep was arising new new issues while the Judge said there is no need of a DNA test.The judge asked me why my partner is not attending the hearing and I replied he is at home looking after my twins.guys it is not an easy job to look after twins in a waiting room.The Judge was impressed so I hope the outcome will be positive.The decision will arrive in 2 weeks.Still I have too much stress about the outcome .Guys I will appreciate any replies.
