MN1 application queries

Hi,
I got ILR last year (2013) in April and submitting naturalisation application. My daughter is 11 years old and she is born in India. she got Indefinite leave to enter last year (August) and enter UK only in August 2013. Is she eligible to apply for naturallisation?
I cant find eligibility criteria in MN1 guide and I didnt get any response from ukba as well.. Please advise.

Both of us have ILR from April 2013.

Then yes, she may apply to register under section 3(1) at the same time as a parent is applying to naturalise.
