Dear all,

My full name is Sarat Babu S S, but some of my documents have my name as S S Sarat Babu and some just Sarat Babu.
Do you think this will confuse the case worker? if YES, what could i do to explain or clarify this situation?

It shudn't but if u are having sleepless nights over it, get an affidavit stating that all the names are yours. am sure the lawyers will know how to frame it

Documents with name as Sarat Babu S S and S S Sarat Babu shouldnt pose any problem as the name seems to be written in a reverse order - Surname, Firstname v/s Firstname, Surname.

However, for other dox you should get an affidavit made, as suggested.

I am in the same boat as yours with multiple combinations of first, middle and last names.

I had posted in this forum and got advice from members to get an affidavit.
Recently I had mailed HO about a list of queries in which I had asked this.

This was their reply:

"You would need to send in evidence to show that the two names are the same person"

Hence I would say you get an affidavit done.
