Judicial Review Application

Hi All,

This is a short summary of my situation
My stay in the UK will be 10 years in September but my tier 1 entrepreneur application was refused on the 2nd of May 2014 with no appeal right. I have been advised that I can file for a judicial review now and apply for the ILR in August 2014 (28 days before the 10 years legal stay)

I am currently applying for a judicial review but the process and forms to complete are slightly ambiguous. I thought all I need to do was; complete form N461 and attach my document evidence and send it to the high court but am hearing that's not the case now.

Can someone please who have filed for a judicial review before help me out with some clear instructions and explanations.

You need professional advice mate, don't waste your time here and consult some good professional who could help you with your problem.
If you don't build your dream, someone else will hire you to build theirs!

You will only get 10 yrs if your judicial review is succesful. I hope you understand that
