Dear Members

Can someone please correct me if i am wrong. I am currently applying for my tier 1 extension 3rd time and paying by cheque but i cannot findout anywhere that can i pay by 2 different cheques for myself and my dependant or it can be a one single cheque for the whole amount.

Also, where the form ask for the last 5 year address history should i print the same page of the form twice to put the 5 year history or just attach a plain piece of paper with the information

Any advice is much appreciated

you can send 1 cheque for each applicant. simplest is by sending the debit card details
