ILR for spouse

Post by DKZ » Tue Jun 03, 2014 11:09 pm

Please help!
I'm eligible for ILR in 4 months time under TIER 2, however my wife came to the UK as a PBS dependant a one year later than me.
She's got 3 PBS dependant visas:
1. 01.10.10 - 13.05.12
2. 13.05.12 - 20.09.12
3. 20.09.12 - 15.06.15

Can she apply for ILR with me? She has 4 year in total in the UK but she was given a visa before July 2012 (when only 2 years was enough).

Thanks in advance,
Daniel

Thanks a lot for the answer, it's good news! So that will be SET(O) application for both of us?
