my soc 2000 is split in soc 2010 and salary is different on both the soc's and jD matches 50:50
Question 1): has anyone been refused ILR for wrong soc?
really confused not sure which one to use.

can i show it as 40 hrs or 39 hrs as i work for the nhs and as per above if the source is NHS agenda for change a 37.5 hour week?
