Tier 2 ILR query

Post by safatafa » Mon Jun 02, 2014 4:56 pm

Need Help on this please. worried....

my soc 2000 is split in soc 2010 and salary is different on both the soc's and jD matches 50:50 :shock:

Question 1): has anyone been refused ILR for wrong soc?

really confused not sure which one to use.

2)IF Salary source is [Source: Evidence from partners who responded to the Migration Advisory Committee in 2011 uplifted
using the 2013 national rate of pay inflation],can i use 40 hrs per week?
Where other salary sources are used, please note that the rates are based on the following weekly
hours:

 Where the source is NHS Agenda for Change or the Royal Institute of British Architects, a 37.5-
hour week; 5

 Where the source is teachers‟ national pay scales, the definition of a full-time teacher is used
when determining those pay scales;
 Where the source is the National Grid submission to the Migration Advisory Committee, a 37-
hour week;
 In all other cases, a 40-hour week.

can i show it as 40 hrs or 39 hrs as i work for the nhs and as per above if the source is NHS agenda for change a 37.5 hour week? :cry: :?
