Tier 1 General Dependent VISA

Hello All
I dont have Tenency agreement, But No objection letter from My landlord. I am Voter registered on my current address.
Can I show Both as my Residing for my Spouse Dependent Visa.
As I am on Tier 1 General Visa,
1. How Much I need to show minimum, earning for my Dependent.
2. How Much Maintenance I need to show for My Dependent
3. We are married yet but Planning to marry In next coming Week. Can I apply On VFS and submit My application as married for dependent Visa for early appointment slots. As its declaration date will be different from my registration certificate and Marriage Visiting Cards.
Please enlight me.
