Check days outside UK?

Hello everyone,

I remember there is a link on UKBA telling you how to check the number of days you spend outside UK, cannot find it..
Could anyone help me please? Thanks.

You must only count whole days as absences. Part day absences, for example, less than 24 hours, are not counted.

It may be a usual query but will be helpful for future ILR applicant.

Within 90 days entry is being counted toward the qualifying period.
For example,72 days late entry, do we need to account for these days in the out of UK category?
