Need your critical point of View

HI Guys I am going to apply soon my application for Tier 1 50K,I need your critical point of view about my situation, that how critically or negatively, they can see my case.
Situation :

I am founder and director of my company.
I have another person 2nd director in my company ( He dont need visa...he is British)
I will have 50K in my personal account. ( 23 min + 27 from my other partner 2nd director)
I have 100% share in my company...He have not share ..only director.
He is also singnatory in my business account as well

1- He will be service base director, ( Please advise how much percentage in profit I should mention him in financial Plan+ Or I should fix his salary ?

2- How should I clarify his investment....and his money in my personal account
3-Do I need to issue him any legal document for his investment in my business ( any legal requirement)
4- Can UKBA think that how 2nd director become agree to put money in my personal account, instead of business. as if he interested to invest in my business.

Your all guidance and critical points will be highly appreciate, so that I can prepare some of document accordingly.

You need to speak to an accountant
