FLR (M) Old Salary or New Salary?

Hi All,

I have an appointment at PEO Solihull on Friday to submit my wifes FLR(M) application as she was not able to pass the LIUK test for ILR(M) in time.

For my salary, from 9th June I will be starting a new role at work which means my salary has gone up to £40,000 a year, and because I haven't recieved a pay packet on the new salary, should I still show that as my salary with payslips showing my previous salary? Or should I put down the salary I have payslips for?

If your spouse was eligible for SET(M) then you do not need to meet the financial requirement. Instead complete section 7B on FLR(M) not section 7A.
