Its been more than 14 months since I have been granted with ILR, so am applying for naturalisation next month through Nationality Checking Service.
Below are the list of documents I am thinking to provide along with my application form.
1) Could you please check them to confirm that I covered all of the required or advise me if I have missed anything?
2) Also, could you please confirm me that my referee's are legally allowed.
1st Referee : My manager, in a registered charity. German citizen, known for 4 years
2nd Referee : My colleague, UK citizen, known for 4 years.
3) in the application form under "section 3: good character requirement", there is column :"3.5 Address of tax office or tax office reference".
I am a full time employee through PAYE, should I suppose to leave it blank?
4) I took LIUK test back in September 2012, before applying for ILR, submitting it would be OK or should I need to take the test again?

9a) A print out from the points-based calculator, to show my UK masters degree is confirmed by UK NARIC database and my English language qualifications are met.
