eligibility of applying ILR (10 years period)

Hi there,

Could you please help me to find out eligibility of applying ILR (10 years period) according to my immigration history.

I have granted Student Visa Entry Clearance: 26/ 08 /2004
I have arrived on 10/ 09/ 2004 to the United Kingdom.
My current Student Tier 4 Visa expires on 01 /08 / 2014

Then had followed Bachelor Degree, PSW, and Postgraduate Degree during my immigration history. I did not break my visa and also had total holidays less than 120 days away from the UK.

I have noticed there is two weeks sort even I used the option of 28 days early submission of application.
I am grateful to you if could provide me some assistance about my ILR application enquiry.
