Baby, not my dependant, eligible for ILR

Post by Manoj_Lakhani » Wed Jun 11, 2014 5:42 am

My baby born in uk is dependent on my wife, and my wife is in her own visa. I am getting eligible for ILR before her. Does my baby eligible for ILR/Naturalisation along with me?

Registration rather than naturalisation.
