Urgent advise needed for General visitor visa

Hello,

I am a student aged 21 and currently doing graduation and in final year which is almost complete and/or would be done by the visiting time to UK and permanent resident of INDIA.
I have got an invitation from a reputed company for attending a SUMMIT in London for 3 days. They have provided the visa support letter containing all necessary info like expense bearing and all.

However i have been across your forum and read a lot of cases where rejection was given on ground of lack of strong ties with home country. Can someone advise me on what documents should i MUST have so that process goes out smoothly. I am not employed and dependent on my father, hence can't show any earnings. Though i have read and asked a few agents and they have Tax return of 3 years plus bank statement would be your supporting financial documents.

Any advise or anything would be greatly appreciated. How to convince them that i would come back? Anything specific anyone would like to share like to be careful in filling this portion of the form or so? I am a student and want to visit just for attending the summit and come back!

P.S- I did get a U.S.A visa for 6 months for the same purpose last year as well, so would that add some weight as well?

I don't think you will have any problems. Provide evidence of your study program and evidence of your financials (your historical bank statements and those of your parents) and the letter of invitation from the company in London. Whoever told you that a tax return was necessary is completely wrong. Yes, the previous US entry will be relevant.
